At BrincaMania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BrincaMania account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
